To request a refund a client must submit a written request by email to the server admin within 7 days of the account being ordered. The server admin email address is provided upon sign up in your welcome email. 247-Hosting reserves the right to NOT give a refund. 247-Hosting reserve the right not to offer a refund if more then 50% of the account resources have been used in the trial period.
